Rental terms
Summary of the partner's terms. The rental agreement signed at pick-up is what applies.
Who rents you the car
The rental agreement is between you and Cars-Rent.ge (LTD “BIZNES 2017”, ID 445509879). Rent a Car Georgia takes your booking and passes it on.
Driver
A valid driving licence with at least 12 months of experience. Additional drivers must be declared at pick-up and meet the same requirements.
Payment and deposit
No prepayment and no deposit. The full rental is paid when you receive the car, in cash or by card (+3%).
Included
Full insurance, unlimited kilometres, delivery within the service areas (Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi and their airports) and 24/7 roadside assistance.
Territory and use
The car stays in Georgia unless border crossing was booked and confirmed. Racing, towing, subletting, driving under the influence and off-road driving on unpaved roads are prohibited.
Damage
Check the car at pick-up and note existing damage. Despite the insurance, you pay for interior damage or extra cleaning, missing equipment and damage resulting from breaking these terms.
Late return
A late return planned in the booking is priced as shown (¼, ½ or a full day). An unplanned late return costs 5% of the rental per day.
Cancellation
Free cancellation any time before the rental starts. If you end the rental early, unused days are not refunded.
